Apartment
An apartment or flat is a self-contained housing unit (a type of residential real estate) that occupies part of a building, generally on a single story. There are many names for these overall buildings. The housing tenure of apartments also varies considerably, from large-scale public housing to owner occupancy within what is legally a condominium (strata title or commonhold) to tenants renting from a private landlord.

Location: The project is located in Panchkula (Haryana), a satellite town of Chandigarh. Chandigarh is a city designed by Le Corbusier and located 250 km from New Delhi.
Site: The site is a row house plot located adjacent to one of the internal sector roads of Panchkula, facing a busy street and a school building, which does not provide for a pleasant view.

The Pedoulas House is a holiday home designed as a response to the intense elevation differences of a large plot in Cyprus. In order to give the tenants unobstructed views of the forest from all areas of the house, large glass surfaces were implemented, and can even expand the house to the outdoor areas during the summer months.
