25+ Photos Look Fake, But They’re Absolutely Real

Have you ever seen a photo so strange, or with something so unusual, that it made you look twice? It could have been an optical illusion, or just a cleverly timed shot that makes something appear different than it actually is- either way, you do a double take.

Here, we’ve compiled 30 photos that are so unbelievable, you’re going to have to stare at them for a little while. However, one thing you should keep in mind is that there is absolutely no Photoshop in these photos. They’re all 100% real, and 100% prepared to blow your mind.

1. This dust storm in Australia looks like a giant mug of beer.


2. Fishermen row a boat in the algae-filled Chaohu Lake, China.


3. An actual sinkhole in Guatemala City in 2010. It is 60 feet wide and 200 feet deep.


4. This looks like a scene from a sci-fi film, but they are actually real trees. They are pruned to appear in perfect straight lines.


5. Optical illusion created on display outside Paris City Hall. It looks like a giant grass sphere, but it’s actually flat.
